About SCDiving

SCDiving was founded by Robert Inglis,  Ken Johansson and Joe Ruiz, with support from Tom Fujimoto, Rhonda Struhl, Kim Jennings and Carlos 'Cafe' Cibilis. Robert is also a PADI IDC Staff Scuba Instructor, Joe is a PADI Assistant Instructor and Ken is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.   Our members range from newly certified Open Water Students to Master Instructors.

We love the sport and would like to share it with anyone who is interested about diving.  We realized from an open water student point of view that in order to keep on diving they need to find dive buddies.

SCDiving is meant just for that, “We Keep You Diving”.

We have traveled from beach to beach here in our southern California backyard, and found some great beaches to dive. From Santa Barbara's coast to San Diego and expanding.

During the Summer Months; once a month, SCDiving will host a beach BBQ. We bring the BBQ pits you bring what you want to cook no charge. After meeting new dive buddies and a couple of beach dives we start to BBQ and talk.  Although we also encourage you to post your upcoming dives so that others may join in.

SCDiving is a place where any diver can join in and meet new friends.  SCDiving is not a "Club", however, it is a place for a group of divers that love to dive and are willing to dive with anyone that share the same passions.
