What We Inspect

• Exterior Surface: Check for dents, gouges, corrosion, and paint damage

• Interior Shell: Examine for pitting, rust, and foreign debris

• Threads & Valves: Verify thread integrity, O-ring condition, and valve seating

• Markings & Stamps: Confirm DOT stamp, serial number, and previous test dates are legible

• Accessory Fittings: Inspect boots, bands, handles, and protective caps

Service Requirements

• Cylinders must bear a valid DOT stamp (no uncertified tanks)

• Applies to Scuba, SCBA, Paintball, and Storage K-Bottles

• Air-Only service — we do not inspect or fill 100% oxygen or Nitrox cylinders
